Decking The Halls With @GTBoutique

This weekend we put the final touches of holiday decor on our fireplace mantle. I found the most beautiful teardrop wreaths (I’m using as garland) at Giant Tiger for the top of our mantle along with these pretty rose gold tea light lanterns. I was stopped three times in the store and asked where I found the wreaths. They’re so pretty with their rustic chic ornaments, it’s no surprise why everyone loved them. I had contemplated making garland myself, which would have taken hours, so I was so pleased to have found these. They were a steal of a deal at $29 (I only needed two). The tea light lanterns are my favourite, they’ll be easy to incorporate into our decor after the holidays as well. Can we also just take a moment to talk about this poinsettia? It’s so full and I absolutely love the colours. It fits in perfectly with our holiday decor. Giant Tiger has some really beautiful pieces to incorporate into your holiday decor, the price point is pretty great too!

Austin and Max are getting really excited for Christmas now that our mantle is decorated and the stockings are hung. It’s so cute seeing their faces light up with the anticipation of Santa coming to visit. Austin can’t wait to bake cookies for him on Christmas eve to leave out on our mantel. What are your families favourite holiday traditions?

I found the cutest little deer head at Giant Tiger last year and I didn’t get it. I’m still sad. 😛
